Are you a compassionate, reliable individual looking to make a real difference in people’s lives? We’re currently recruiting dedicated Care Assistants to join our friendly and supportive team, delivering high-quality care to clients across Heywood, Middleton, Rochdale and Bury.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Providing personal care, companionship, and support to individuals in their own homes
Assisting with daily living tasks such as washing, dressing, medication, meal prep, and mobility
Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing
Building strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families
Ensuring care plans are followed and keeping accurate records
What We’re Looking For:
Caring, patient and empathetic nature
Good communication and time management skills
Must be a driver with access to your own vehicle
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends on a rota basis
